The Proposal

Land East of Shelfanger Road, Diss

This consultation relates to a proposed residential development of up to 179 dwellings, including 33% affordable housing. Alongside this there is c. 0.6ha of land safeguarded for the future expansion of Diss Cemetery, a new road linking Shelfanger Road and Heywood Road, and other associated infrastructure and public open space.

The Framework Plan sets out the parameters for the proposed development.
